Job Description
Orchard Brokerage is seeking a Team Lead to manage a team of 25-30 real estate agents in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The Team Lead will be responsible for recruiting, supporting, and coaching agents to help customers achieve their real estate goals. The role involves earning a share of the team's production and helping agents maximize opportunities provided by Orchard.
Responsibilities include:
- Recruiting, supporting, and coaching a team of real estate agents
- Helping customers accomplish their buying and selling goals
- Earning a share of the team’s production
The ideal candidate will have:
- An active and unrestricted Texas real estate license and are located in the Greater Dallas-Fort Worth area
- 3+ years of experience as a licensed real estate agent
- 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring real estate agents
- A proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting or exceeding production targets
- Demonstrated ability to effectively coach a team, develop skills, and produce results
- Strong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues - both written and verbal
