Job Description

Orchard Brokerage is seeking a Team Lead to lead a high-performing team of 25-30 real estate agents in Denver, Colorado. The Team Lead will be responsible for recruiting, supporting, and coaching their team to help customers achieve their real estate goals, and will earn a share of their team's production.Role Involves:

• Recruiting and onboarding new real estate agents.
• Providing ongoing support and coaching to team members.
• Helping agents to meet or exceed their sales targets.
• Ensuring that customers receive an outstanding experience.

Requirements:

• An active and unrestricted Colorado real estate license and are located in Denver, CO
• 3+ years of experience as a licensed real estate agent.
• 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring real estate agents.
• A proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting or exceeding production targets
• Demonstrated ability to effectively coach a team, develop skills, and produce results
• Strong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues - both written and verbal
