Job Description

Orchard Brokerage is seeking a Team Lead to manage a team of 25-30 real estate agents in Atlanta, Georgia. The Team Lead will be responsible for recruiting, supporting, and coaching their team to help customers achieve their real estate goals. This role involves earning a share of the team's production.Responsibilities:

• Recruiting and onboarding new real estate agents.
• Providing ongoing support and coaching to team members.
• Helping agents meet or exceed their production targets.
• Ensuring agents deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements:

• An active and unrestricted Georgia real estate license and are located in Atlanta, GA
• 3+ years of experience as a licensed real estate agent.
• 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring real estate agents.
• Proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting or exceeding production targets.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively coach a team, develop skills, and produce results.
• Strong communication skills.
