VP, Product at Practice Better

Practice Better is seeking a VP of Product to define and evangelize the company's product vision, strategy, and roadmap. This role involves leading the Product, Design, and Research teams, deeply understanding user needs, and diving into product analytics. The VP of Product will partner with Engineering, GTM, and other teams to deliver on the company's mission. This role involves:

• Defining and evangelizing the product vision.
• Leading UX Researchers, Designers, and Product Managers.
• Defining key product adoption, retention, and revenue metrics.
• Leveraging data to inform product decisions.
• Partnering with Marketing, Growth, Sales, CS, and Support.
• Building relationships with stakeholders.
• Representing the Product organization.

The ideal candidate will bring:
