Landor is seeking a Brand Performance Analyst to join their Milan studio. The Brand Performance Analyst will play a role in enabling data-driven decision-making, supporting clients in making impactful brand strategy and design choices to drive business growth. They will collaborate on projects with Strategy, Client Services, and Design teams to create brands that unlock business growth.

Role Involves:

  • Supporting clients for ad hoc consulting projects (brand strategy, equity, valuation)
  • Executing the data analytics strategy for projects
  • Collaborating in defining and creating brand-led business cases and financial models
  • Supporting the management of supplier agency relationships
  • Nurturing a positive team culture

Requirements:

  • Passion for Brands and the role of insight and analytics in brand growth
  • A university degree in business, administration, marketing, corporate finance, or similar
  • Current entry-level experience in a similar role
  • Basic knowledge in translating research insights into brand and business strategy recommendations
  • Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficiency in English and native/bilingual/fluent in Italian
  • Permit to work in Italy
