Client Manager (FTC) at Landor

Landor is seeking a Client Manager to join their Hong Kong studio. Landor is a world-leading brand specialist, consulting, designing, and creating brand-led experiences. They are part of WPP and build brands designed to transform.

The Client Manager will ensure project management, strategy, and research are executed flawlessly, delivering projects on time and within budget. They will seek commercial and growth opportunities and work with Business Development, Design, and Strategy. The Client Manager will represent the client, communicate their story and challenges, and identify opportunities. They will oversee the quality of work and find solutions to client problems.

Role Involves:

• Ensure flawless project management.

• Oversee the quality of output and provide solutions.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree.
• 3+ years’ experience at a brand or retail design agency.
• Strong communication skills, fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Experience in managing key accounts or technology brands is a plus.
• Confident in client presentations, project management, and coordination.
• Strong numeracy skills for creating estimates and budgets.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
• Ambitious and responsible.
