Palo IT is seeking a driven and experienced IT Sales Director/Head of Business Development to join their team in Thailand. This role focuses on maintaining and growing existing client relationships, with a preference for candidates with experience in business development, consulting sales, or entrepreneurship.
    Role Involves:
  • Developing and leading new client engagements.
  • Creating customized proposals.
  • Analyzing market trends and potential solutions.
  • Identifying business development opportunities.
  • Providing strategic account leadership.
  • Ensuring projects meet client goals and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Overseeing account P&L across projects.
  • Participating in industry events for thought leadership and networking.
    Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development/sales.
  • Extensive knowledge within the innovation, transformation & digital space.
  • Experience in leading and developing accounts.
  • Experience in crafting proposals for client needs.
  • Outstanding communication skills in English and Thai.
  • Team player with a great sense of humor.
  • Entrepreneurial background preferred.
