Palo IT is seeking a driven and experienced IT Sales Director/Head of Business Development to join their team in Thailand. This role focuses on maintaining and growing existing client relationships, with a preference for candidates with experience in business development, consulting sales, or entrepreneurship.
Role Involves: - Developing and leading new client engagements.
- Creating customized proposals.
- Analyzing market trends and potential solutions.
- Identifying business development opportunities.
- Providing strategic account leadership.
- Ensuring projects meet client goals and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Overseeing account P&L across projects.
- Participating in industry events for thought leadership and networking.
Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in business development/sales.
- Extensive knowledge within the innovation, transformation & digital space.
- Experience in leading and developing accounts.
- Experience in crafting proposals for client needs.
- Outstanding communication skills in English and Thai.
- Team player with a great sense of humor.
