PALO IT is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will be passionate about new technologies and digital innovation, thrive in Agile environments, and possess strong coding skills.Role involves:
- Initiating development projects
- Carrying out scoping studies
- Implementing architectures and writing architecture documents
- Assisting customers in adopting new architecture patterns
- Conducting code, performance, and security audits
- Participating in daily stand-ups, backlog management, demos, and retrospectives
- Ensuring development, testing, maintenance, and support
- Hands-on experience in ReactJS and other Front end development (Javascript, AngularJS, etc.)
- Experience with Backend technologies (NodeJS, Databases, Java, Python, Clojure, etc.)
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum Methodologies
- Understanding of scalable, reliable, and secure software design
- Experience in mobile (Swift for iOS, Android, native or hybrid) development is a plus
- Good communication skills and a blend of idealism and pragmatism
