Analyst - Quality Assurance Financial Crime Compliance at Interactive Brokers

Interactive Brokers is seeking a highly motivated Analyst - Quality Assurance Financial Crime Compliance to join their team in Chicago. This is a hybrid role requiring three days in the office and two days remote.The Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the firm's compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act, the USA PATRIOT Act, anti-terrorist financing, sanctions, industry AML, and securities laws and regulations. • Conducting quality assurance reviews of account activity.
• Advising management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Performing quality assurance on regulatory filings.
• Contributing to streamlining current processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Reviewing trading data for suspicious activity or patterns of unusual trading.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years’ work experience in Trade Surveillance
• High comfort and fluency with computers and technology.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work both independently as well as in a small-team environment and to multi-task with minimal supervision.
• ACAMS, CFE, CFCS, Series 7, or other FINRA licenses or certifications a plus
• Capital Markets
