Job Description
Reddit is seeking a Senior Ads Business Development & Partnership Manager to join their Business Development Team. This individual will report to the Senior Director of Ads Business Development and will be responsible for building out and managing partners within the ads ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in contract negotiation, business development, partner management, and have deep ads expertise.Reddit is a community of communities, built on shared interests, passion, and trust. It is home to open and authentic conversations on the internet, with over 100,000 active communities and approximately 101M+ daily active unique visitors.Responsibilities of the Senior Ads Business Development & Partnership Manager include:
  • Developing, executing, and monitoring measurement-focused partnership programs.
  • Serving as an ads ecosystem thought leader, acting as an ambassador and spokesperson for Reddit.
  • Supporting partners through QBRs and strategic planning sessions.
  • Defining GTM & educational approaches with the Activations and Enablement Team.
  • Projecting, tracking, and reporting on delivery against Reddit’s annual goals.
  • Working cross-functionally with sales, product, measurement, and insights teams.
Requirements for this role:
  • 12+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, ecosystem development, or ads product.
  • Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with ad tech and store builder landscape.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
