Solutions Engineer (English Speaking) at Constructor TECH

Constructor TECH is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support the sales team and deliver company products to customers. The Solutions Engineer will work in pre-sales demos, post-sales customer support, and integrations. Constructor TECH is an all-in-one platform for education and research that offers solutions for teaching and administration, learning, and research.

Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team to promote, market and demo Constructor Platform solutions
• Interact with prospects, customers and partners
• Create tailor-made demos, demo scripts and demo Scenarios to increase sales
• Work with Project Managers, Product Managers, Dev-ops team, Courses Designers and all necessary stakeholders
• Resolve customer inquiries
• Document customer interactions through ticket tracking system
• Ensure all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams
• Contribute to the body of knowledge by creating and maintaining knowledge base articles and other technical documents
• Participate in regular support team meetings

Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position
• Scientific Bachelor required, Master’s degree a plus
• Engineering and software development background a plus
• STEM-degree are a huge bonus
• High energy and good communication skills
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Python, Docker, package managers, ML algorithms skills are highly desired
• HTML, ideally TEX knowledge
• Basic knowledge of Rest API, bash (optional)
