Constructor Tech, a platform for education and research, is seeking an HR Expert to join their team in Turkey. The HR Expert will play a crucial role in driving HR solutions across the employee lifecycle. The company's headquarters is in Switzerland, with entities in Germany, Bulgaria, Serbia, Turkey, and Singapore.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling HR Operations: Managing analysis, reporting, payroll, compliance, and administrative tasks.
  • Supporting Employment Transitions: Preparing paperwork for new hires, promotions, and terminations.
  • Owning Onboarding and Employment Processes: Streamlining onboarding for Turkish hires.
  • KPI Management: Monitoring key performance indicators.
  • Policy Implementation: Developing HR policies for legal compliance.
  • Travel Management: Coordinating domestic travel.
  • Office Management: Overseeing daily office operations.
  • Building Strategic Partnerships: Managing relationships with stakeholders.
  • Leading HR Projects: Overseeing performance reviews, employee engagement surveys, and education initiatives.
  • Employee Relations: Advising employees and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • HR Strategy Contribution: Collaborating on long-term HR strategies.
  • Training and Development: Organizing training programs.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of HR experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Turkey’s labor market.
  • Familiarity with Turkish labor laws.
  • Multitasking skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Working-level English (C1) and fluency in Turkish.
  • Willingness to travel within Turkey.
