Job Description
Constructor TECH, a platform for education and research, is seeking an experienced HR Expert to join their team in İstanbul Ataşehir, Turkey. This role is crucial for driving HR solutions and contributing to the company's growth in the Turkish market. The HR Expert will report to the Global VP of People and be part of an international team.
Role Involves:
- Managing HR analysis and reporting, ensuring legal compliance with Turkish labor laws.
- Overseeing external payroll manager relationships and ensuring smooth payroll processes.
- Preparing and managing paperwork for new hires, promotions, and terminations.
- Supporting general administrative tasks and streamlining onboarding processes.
- Monitoring KPIs, developing HR policies, and overseeing HR projects like performance reviews and employee engagement surveys.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Building partnerships with Technopark, local authorities, and overseeing office-related activities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of HR Generalist experience.
- In-depth understanding of Turkey’s labor market.
- Familiarity with Turkish labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize company goals.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Working-level English (C1) and fluency in Turkish.
- Willingness to travel within Turkey.
