Constructor TECH, a platform for education and research, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their international team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role focuses on growing revenue for the Americas region (North & Latin America) by engaging with qualified leads, scheduling technical demos, nurturing relationships, and closing smaller deals. - Sourcing new sales opportunities through lead follow up, calls & emails.
- Organizing and conducting product demonstrations.
- Preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and creating deals.
- Building and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
- Achieving and exceeding quarterly sales targets.
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS or technology.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- A target-driven mindset.
- Strong phone presence, listening & presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical products.
- English & Spanish language proficiency needed (Portuguese is a plus)
