Constructor TECH, a platform for education and research, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their international team. This role will focus on the Constructor Tech Learning product portfolio and cover the Americas region. The ideal candidate will be motivated, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
    The Inside Sales Representative role involves:
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, calls & emails.
  • Conducting product demonstrations tailored to prospective clients.
  • Preparing proposals and negotiating terms for small and medium-sized opportunities.
  • Managing client relationships and ensuring timely closures for smaller deals.
  • Meeting and exceeding quarterly sales targets.
    Requirements for the role:
  • Exceptional English and Spanish communication skills (Portuguese is a plus).
  • Experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Target-driven mindset and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Must be a self-starter with a strong desire to learn in a sales role.
