Reddit is seeking a Senior Manager, Equity Programs to optimize its global employee equity programs. This role requires expertise in equity administration, Equity Edge Online (EEO), stock-based compensation, and public company disclosures. The ideal candidate will have public company experience, Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPPs), and a strong background in international equity management.Reddit is looking for someone with proven people management skills and a track record of delivering scalable equity solutions. The Senior Manager will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of equity-related processes and compliance with global tax and regulatory requirements. This role offers high visibility and requires strategic planning to support organizational growth.
Responsibilities: - Oversee end-to-end equity administration, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Contribute to managing SEC filings and disclosure requirements.
- Implement equity solutions and enhance processes, leveraging Equity Edge Online.
- Partner with leadership on the design and implementation of global equity programs, including ESPP.
- Oversee the month-end close process for stock-based compensation.
- Maintain and update procedure documentation, ensuring robust internal controls.
- Oversee the equity communication strategy for employees and stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing equity administration team.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation required.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in equity administration, including at least 3 years in a public company environment preferred.
- Strong expertise in Equity Edge Online and stock-based compensation accounting.
- Comprehensive understanding of equity instruments, applicable tax regulations, and public company disclosure requirements.
- Proven experience managing employee stock purchase plans and navigating global equity complexities.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to streamline processes and scale operations.
