Revenue Assurance Analytics Senior Analyst

Job Description

Reddit is seeking a highly analytical Senior Analyst to enhance Revenue Assurance Analytics. The Senior Analyst will collaborate with ads engineering, ads data science, and finance teams to deliver data and analytics solutions that validate the completeness and accuracy of ads revenue and drive business performance.Reddit is a community of communities. • Building and implementing monitoring and assurance processes and tools.
• Performing auction logic validation and ads validation service data quality review.
• Analyzing ads platform data to identify trends and detect potential anomalies.
• Designing and building automation for independent assurance analytics.
• Overseeing controls testing to ensure a robust control environment.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to provide a risk perspective.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years' experience in risk analytics, data analytics, audit analytics, data science, or a related analytical field.
• Collaborative and proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for learning.
• Working knowledge of SQL/BigQuery and data analytics automation.
• Understanding of ETL processes, including data enrichment, monitoring, and quality assurance.
• Experience interpreting business logic implemented in code (Python, JavaScript, SQL etc.).
