Finance Intern at Constructor TECH

Constructor TECH, an all-in-one platform for education and research, is seeking a Finance Intern to support their Finance Manager. The intern will gain hands-on experience with ERP systems while assisting with financial transaction booking and reporting. This internship is a temporary position and interns are not eligible for equipment and other benefits.

Role Involves:

• Recording payouts from STRIPE in the local ERP system.
• Booking sales transactions from ChargeBee in the local ERP system.
• Checking sales numbers in HubSpot and ensuring alignment with financial reports.
• Assisting in preparing financial reports and ensuring data accuracy.
• Collaborating with other departments for accurate financial data processing.
• Performing other finance-related tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Good English level.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of financial accounting principles and VAT tax reporting.
• Part-time or full-time availability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
