The Sr. Sales Commissions Analyst will report to the Manager of Sales Commissions. The role involves:
  • Overseeing the end-to-end sales commissions process
  • Collecting and maintaining accurate sales performance data
  • Ensuring timely and accurate commission payouts
  • Calculating and managing monthly and quarterly accruals
  • Collaborating with sales, finance, and HR on commission plans
  • Driving improvements to commission processes
  • Providing training and support to sales teams

Requirements for this role include:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales commission processing, compensation administration, or a related field
  • A proven track record of managing and optimizing compensation plans and processes
  • A strong understanding of Salesforce and G Suite
  • Familiarity with basic Revenue Accounting principles
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work
