Senior Product Manager, Ads Formats

Job Description

Reddit is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Ad Formats & Experience team. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for driving the conception, strategy, and launch of ad formats for Reddit's brand advertisers. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop new Reddit-unique ad experiences and optimize existing ad formats.Responsibilities include:

• Developing and driving product strategy for Ad Formats products.
• Collaborating with other Product Managers to prioritize product work.
• Fostering relationships with Design & Engineering teams.
• Partnering with product marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
• Supporting on-going improvements to existing ad formats.
• Driving execution across all aspects of the product development cycle.

Requirements include:

• 4+ years of Product Management experience within AdTech & consumer-facing product.
• Basic to intermediate experience with SQL.
• Experience driving products from inception to launch.
• Direct experience shipping consumer-facing products across multiple platforms.
• Experience building product roadmaps and defining product specs.
• Exceptional analytical skills.
