Reddit is seeking a Staff Product Manager to join their Ads Marketplace team. This role is pivotal in shaping the monetization of Reddit's communities by optimizing the ad marketplace, with a focus on real-time auctions, supply optimization, and pricing.Reddit is at a pivotal moment in its evolution, and is growing its Ads team to take the platform’s monetization to new heights.What this role involves:
Driving the product strategy and execution for Reddit’s auction marketplace.
Partnering with cross-functional teams to design and launch new features and ML-driven models.
Collaborating with Engineers, Data Scientists, Sales, and other product teams.
Using data to define product strategy and identify opportunities for improvement.
Defining and owning KPIs that track advertiser outcomes and marketplace efficiency.
Playing a central role in defining and driving Reddit’s overall monetization strategy.
What candidate should bring:
6-8+ years of Product Management experience, with experience in auctions, ranking, or information retrieval.
Strong background in online advertising, including experience with ad auctions, real-time bidding, or display advertising.
Experience working on ML-based advertising products.
Expertise in using data to drive decisions and business outcomes.
Experience managing the full product lifecycle.
Strong communication skills.
