Job Description
Reddit is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Top of Funnel team. This role is focused on optimizing Reddit's platform for search engine visibility and driving user growth. The Senior Product Manager will work closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to define and execute the product roadmap. This is a fully remote position, with a preference for candidates in the EST timezone.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the vision and strategy for Top of Funnel Platform.
  • Own the roadmapping process and define OKRs.
  • Design and analyze experiments to measure product changes.
  • Leverage analytical skills to identify opportunities for impact.
  • Partner with engineering to prioritize and deliver features.
  • Design platform products considering the needs of crawlers and customers.
  • Partner with Design and Data Science to align roadmaps.

Requirements:
  • Based in Eastern Timezones (US & CAN only).
  • 4+ years of experience in consumer product management.
  • Experience developing strategies and product roadmaps.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong technical background and knowledge of system architecture.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage complexity.
