Staff Product Manager, Ranking, Core Experience

Job Description

Reddit is seeking a Staff Product Manager to join the Core Experience team. This role focuses on the strategy and execution of projects that integrate ranking and ML within Reddit's core experience. The Staff Product Manager will be responsible for defining the strategy for the Ranking Foundation team, collaborating with ML engineering & consumer design to improve ranking models, analyze ranking experiments with an emphasis on ML best practices and uplevel media recommendations via better content understanding and better ranking.

The position is with Reddit, a community-driven platform for open and authentic conversations.

Role involves:

• Improving ranking models and drive business outcomes
• Designing and analyzing ranking experiments
• Understanding video and media content
• Ranking comments

Requirements:

• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years in ranking/ML roles
• Experience building product roadmaps and defining experiments
• Experience shipping ML-enabled consumer products end to end
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with SQL proficiency
• Direct experience with ML models and their deployment
• Ability to define team goals and success metrics
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
