Reddit is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the development of Reddit Profiles. In this role, the individual will define and execute the product vision for Reddit Profiles, transforming them into dynamic spaces for users to showcase expertise and build trust. The Staff Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive profile experience, championing safety and privacy. They will use data and experimentation to guide prioritization and measure success.Responsibilities:- Define and lead the product vision for Reddit Profiles.
- Build the expert ecosystem on Reddit.
- Drive expert discovery.
- Lower the barrier to expert engagement.
- Collaborate across teams.
- Champion safety, privacy, and control.
- Use data, research, and experimentation to guide prioritization.
- 8+ years of Product Management experience.
- Experience leading 0-1 products.
- Experience shipping B2C/Consumer products.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Adept in writing detailed product execution and strategy documents.
- Compelling influencer with great communication and interpersonal skills.
