Job Description
Reddit is seeking a Senior Client Account Manager to join their Large Customer Sales team, focusing on the tech vertical. This role, based in Los Angeles, involves collaborating with Client Partners to optimize campaigns and help enterprise technology clients achieve their marketing objectives on the Reddit platform. The ideal candidate is strategic, data-driven, and relationship-oriented, with a passion for digital advertising and client success.Reddit is a community of communities. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Client Partners to meet marketing goals.
- Manage and deepen relationships with advertising partners.
- Lead and execute campaign launches and optimizations.
- Manage internal account operations.
- Educate brands and agencies on Reddit's value proposition.
- Consult clients on objectives and craft media plans.
- Collaborate with Ad Ops to ensure campaign delivery.
- Represent client needs to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Shape Reddit’s native ads product roadmap.
- Identify areas of improvement and mentor team members.
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management.
- Experience with enterprise technology clients preferred.
- Proven ability to manage and grow large customer accounts.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Client-centric and results-driven.
- Strategic and creative thinking abilities.
- Strong understanding of customer marketing funnel.
- Proficiency in Excel, Keynote, and Google Suite preferred.
