Constructor TECH, a platform for education and research, is seeking an HR Intern to join their team in Bremen, Germany. This internship offers hands-on experience in international human resources, providing exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and policy administration. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about people and organizational development.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Supporting onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
  • Assisting in organizing HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
  • Handling HR administrative tasks such as preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Researching HR best practices and assisting in policy development.
  • Supporting payroll, benefits administration, and compliance-related tasks.
  • Responding to employee inquiries and assisting in resolving HR-related issues.
  • Other tasks and duties assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and employment laws is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of HR software/tools will be an advantage.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, initiative and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

What Constructor TECH Offers:

  • Salary rate for BSc – 13 eur/hour, MSc – 20 eur/hour
  • Internship Duration: from 2 months or more
  • Type of internship: 100% remote or hybrid or in the office in Bremen (GER), Sofia (BG), Belgrade (SRB), Singapore (SGD)
