Client Partner, Large Customer Sales (Telco)

Job Description

Reddit is seeking a Senior Client Partner to join their Large Customer Sales team, focusing on the Telco vertical. The ideal candidate will be based in Los Angeles and will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key brands and agencies, ensuring they achieve their business objectives by utilizing Reddit's advertising solutions. The Senior Client Partner will serve as a point of contact for important platform updates, releases, changes, and opportunities to grow the partnership.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage and deepen relationships with advertising partners
• Construct upfront and joint business plans with top clients
• Establish mutually beneficial relationships with new clients, educating them on the Reddit ads platform
• Leverage data to inform client strategies and pitch proposals
• Act as an internal lead, volunteering in team meetings and special projects
• Provide strategic advice to clients to grow the relationship
• Collaborate with Account Management and Ad Operations to exceed client goals
• Shape Reddit’s ads product roadmap by sharing client feedback
• Provide thought leadership at industry events
• Mentor and train other team members
• Build internal relationships to deliver on business goals

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in digital media with at least 7+ years in sales
• Experience managing relationships with complex organizations
• Deep industry expertise
• Existing relationships within the agency and client direct space
• Subject matter expertise in social media and native advertising
• Experience building and executing account growth strategies
• BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
