Job Description
Reddit is seeking an Industry Director to lead the CPG vertical within their Large Customer Sales organization. This role is based in either New York or Chicago and requires in-person presence. The Industry Director will manage a team of Industry Managers, working with agencies and brands to expand partnerships and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Coach, develop, and lead a team of Industry Managers.
  • Represent the interests of CPG internally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional sales and marketing teams.
  • Cultivate key C-level client and agency relationships.
  • Craft and execute a strategy to exceed revenue targets.

Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in digital media sales and/or marketing.
  • 8-10+ years of people management experience within sales.
  • Deep expertise with Enterprise CPG brands.
  • C-level relationships within multiple Enterprise CPG organizations.
  • Expertise in digital media with an emphasis on paid social.
  • Experience navigating complex organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
