Senior Client Partner, Large Customer Sales (Financial Services)

Job Description

Reddit is seeking a Senior Client Partner to join their Large Customer Sales team, focusing on the Financial Services vertical. This role involves managing and expanding relationships with a major finance client and their agency partners, leveraging Reddit's advertising solutions to achieve their business objectives. The position is based in Chicago, IL.Reddit is a renowned community platform with a vast user base and numerous active communities, known for its authentic and open conversations.Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage and deepen client partnerships.
• Construct upfront and joint business plans.
• Establish relationships with new Lines of Business.
• Utilize data to inform client strategies and pitch proposals.
• Meet deadlines and provide excellent customer service.
• Lead client meetings and set clear expectations.
• Communicate platform updates and opportunities.
• Provide strategic advice to clients.
• Uncover client needs and align them with platform opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Ad Operations.
• Shape Reddit’s ads product roadmap with client feedback.
• Provide thought leadership and act as a Reddit evangelist.
• Mentor and train other team members.
• Build internal relationships to deliver on client goals.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in digital media.
• 7+ years of experience in media sales.
• Experience managing Finance partnerships.
• Experience owning partnerships with complex enterprise organizations.
• Deep industry expertise in specific verticals.
• Subject matter expertise in the social media landscape and native advertising.
• Experience building and executing long-term account growth strategies.
• BA / BS degree or equivalent.
