Reddit is seeking a Client Partner, New Business, DACH to join their international team based in Amsterdam. The successful candidate will be responsible for building the Reddit footprint in the DACH market by designing strategy, developing a strong book of business, and bringing the magic of Reddit to the region. This role requires in-person attendance at the Amsterdam office a few days a week.

The Client Partner will identify and engage new high-potential clients, establishing mutually beneficial, long-term partnerships that align with their company goals on the Reddit ads platform.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and reaching out to new clients, establishing mutually beneficial relationships and educating them on Reddit and the Reddit ads platform
  • Acting as the CEO of your book of business, and take full ownership of strategic bets, revenue forecasting, and ensuring operational rigor
  • Working with Sales Ops Lead to develop a book of business and outbound sales pipeline
  • Communicating feedback on our sales processes, narratives, and products in order to advocate for customers and improve the team's effectiveness and efficiency
  • Collaborating with Account Managers to build mutually beneficial partnerships between your customer base and Reddit

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in online media sales (platform experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the media landscape and broad network of clients in DACH
  • Network in in the Goods Industry such as Retail, CPG, Pharma, Fashion, Food & Beverage is a plus
  • Experience using New Business tools such as Zoominfo, LinkedIn, Salesforce etc.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, strong negotiation skills, and ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience with and passion for new business acquisition with proven equivalent work experience
  • Motivated self-starter who thrives in unstructured environments
  • Positive outlook, team player
  • Fluent in German and English
