Job Description
Reddit is seeking a Client Partner to join their New Business team in Amsterdam, focusing on the DACH region. This role involves building the international ads engine outside of the US, onboarding, and growing advertisers to achieve their marketing objectives. The Client Partner will play a crucial role in expanding Reddit's footprint in the DACH market by designing strategies, developing a strong book of business, and introducing the benefits of Reddit to the region.Reddit requires in person attendance at their Amsterdam office a few days a week and offers a generous relocation package for those based outside the Netherlands.Responsibilities:
  • Identify and reach out to new clients, establishing mutually beneficial relationships and educating them on Reddit and the Reddit ads platform
  • Act as the CEO of your book of business, and take full ownership of strategic bets, revenue forecasting, and ensuring operational rigor
  • Work with Sales Ops Lead to develop a book of business and outbound sales pipeline
  • Communicate feedback on our sales processes, narratives, and products in order to advocate for customers and improve the team's effectiveness and efficiency
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to build mutually beneficial partnerships between your customer base and Reddit
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in online media sales (platform experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the media landscape and broad network of clients in DACH
  • Network in the Goods Industry such as Retail, CPG, Pharma, Fashion, Food & Beverage is a plus
  • Have relevant experience using New Business tools such as Zoominfo, LinkedIn, Salesforce etc.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, strong negotiation skills, and ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience with and passion for new business acquisition with proven equivalent work experience
  • Motivated self-starter who thrives in unstructured environments
  • Positive outlook, team player
  • Fluent in German and English
