Senior Sales Manager, FRITES at Reddit

Reddit is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead and develop the Mid-Market Sales business in France, Italy, and Spain. This role involves championing Reddit's culture and values for the EMEA Sales team and forging world-class partnerships with regional brands. The role requires in person attendance at Reddit's Amsterdam office three days a week, and Reddit offers a generous relocation package.

Responsibilities:

• Define the sales strategy and tactics for France, Italy, and Spain.
• Build a strong sales culture.
• Leverage industry knowledge and relationships with key decision-makers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing for product enhancements and market positioning.
• Partner with Sales Ops and Finance to develop financial targets.
• Represent Reddit at key industry events.
• Lead on broader EMEA mid-market projects.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in digital media sales.
• 6+ years leading sales teams.
• Key understanding of the Mid-Market sales channel in France, Italy & Spain.
• Fluency in French is highly desirable, Italian or Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Customer-centric approach and strong sales acumen.
• Strong sales rigor & pipeline management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building high-performing teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
