Senior Sales Manager, FRITES

Job Description

Reddit is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead and develop its Mid-Market Sales business in France, Italy, and Spain. This role involves championing Reddit's culture and values for the EMEA Sales team and forging partnerships with regional brands. The Senior Sales Manager will be based in Amsterdam, with in-person attendance required three days a week. Reddit offers a generous relocation package for those based outside the Netherlands.Responsibilities include:

• Defining the sales strategy and tactics for the markets.
• Building a strong sales culture and exceeding revenue targets.
• Leveraging industry knowledge and relationships with key decision-makers.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape.
• Collaborating with Product and Marketing to provide feedback and insights.
• Partnering with Sales Ops and Finance to develop financial and operating targets.
• Representing Reddit in the region at key industry events.
• Leading broader EMEA mid-market projects.

Requirements include:

• 10+ years of experience in digital media sales.
• 6+ years leading sales teams.
• Key understanding of the Mid-Market sales channel in France, Italy & Spain.
• Fluency in French is highly desirable, Italian or Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Strong sales rigor & pipeline management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
