Senior Sales Manager, Mid-Market, Nordics

Job Description

Reddit is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead and develop its Mid-Market Sales business in the Nordics. This role, based in Amsterdam, requires the candidate to work from the office a few days a week. The Senior Sales Manager will define the sales strategy, build a strong sales culture, and leverage industry knowledge to support the team's sales efforts. They will collaborate with Product and Marketing, partner with Sales Ops and Finance, and represent Reddit at industry events.Reddit is a community-driven platform with over 100,000 active communities and 101M+ daily active unique visitors, making it one of the internet's largest sources of information.Responsibilities:

• Define the sales strategy and tactics for the Nordics market.
• Build a strong sales culture and lead the team to exceed revenue targets.
• Leverage industry knowledge and relationships with key decision-makers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to provide feedback and insights.
• Partner with Sales Ops and Finance to develop financial and operating targets.
• Represent Reddit in the Nordics at key industry events.
• Lead on broader EMEA mid market projects.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in digital media sales.
• Demonstrated success in building a scaled book of business and overachieving sales targets.
• 4+ years leading sales teams.
• Key understanding of the Nordics sales channel.
• Customer-centric approach and strong sales mentality.
• Strong sales rigor and pipeline management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• A passion for Reddit.
