Reddit is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead and develop their Mid-Market Sales business, focusing on brand partnerships in the Nordics. This role, based in Reddit's Amsterdam office, requires working onsite a few days a week. The Senior Sales Manager will define the sales strategy for the Nordics, build a strong sales culture, and leverage industry knowledge to support the team's sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Define the sales strategy and tactics for Mid-Market clients in the Nordics & emerging markets
- Lead the team to exceed revenue targets
- Leverage industry knowledge and relationships to support sales
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing
- Partner with Sales Ops and Finance
- Represent Reddit at industry events in the Nordics
- Lead broader EMEA mid market projects
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in digital media sales
- 4+ years leading sales teams
- Knowledge of the Nordics sales channel
- Customer-centric approach and commercial acumen
- Strong sales rigor & pipeline management
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
