Reddit is seeking a Senior Client Account Manager to join their Mid-Market Sales team in Los Angeles. The Account Manager will collaborate with Client Partners to help agencies and advertisers achieve their marketing objectives on the Reddit platform. This role involves working with advertisers in the CPG, Retail, Pharma, and Automotive verticals and requires working in person from the Los Angeles office 1-2 days per week.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Client Partners to achieve client marketing goals
Manage and deepen relationships with advertising partners
Lead and execute campaign launches, providing optimization recommendations
Act as the primary point of contact for internal account operations
Educate brands and media agencies on Reddit's value proposition
Consult clients on awareness and direct response objectives
Collaborate with Ad Ops for effective campaign delivery
Analyze campaign performance data and provide KPI-driven recommendations
Identify and pitch upsell opportunities
Represent client needs to cross-functional stakeholders
Shape Reddit’s native ads product roadmap through feedback
Identify areas of improvement and drive solutions
Mentor and train team members
Requirements:
7-12 years of experience in advertising sales and account management
Strong understanding of the customer marketing funnel
