QA Intern at Constructor TECH

Constructor Tech is seeking a QA Intern to contribute to their all-in-one platform for education and research. Constructor Tech, with headquarters in Switzerland and entities in Germany, Bulgaria, Serbia, Turkey, and Singapore, empowers educators and drives research breakthroughs. This internship is a temporary position and interns are not eligible for equipment and other benefits.

The QA Intern will assist in executing manual test cases, identifying bugs, and ensuring software quality throughout the Testing Development Life Cycle. The intern will collaborate with QA, engineering, and product teams to enhance testing processes and contribute to software reliability.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in designing and developing test scripts, strategies, and plans.
• Executing manual and automated test scripts to ensure product quality.
• Managing defects: open, reproduce, investigate, and verify issues.
• Conducting regression testing.
• Performing manual User Story testing.
• Collaborating on troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Providing status reports on testing progress and results.
• Conducting root cause analysis on defects.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Basic understanding of software testing methodologies, processes, and tools.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic understanding of database concepts and SQL.
• Familiarity with Linux and its commands.
