Senior Client Partner, Mid-Market (Services)

Job Description

Reddit is seeking a Senior Client Partner to join their Mid-Market team in New York City. This role focuses on building relationships with key brands and ensuring they achieve their business objectives using Reddit's advertising solutions. The Senior Client Partner will work in-person from the NY office 1-2 days per week. The company's employees submit, vote, and comment on topics they care most about.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with clients to deliver Reddit solutions.
• Identifying new business opportunities and closing deals.
• Creating long-term partnerships with customers.
• Managing strategic bets and revenue forecasting.
• Communicating feedback to improve team effectiveness.
• Managing and deepening relationships with existing advertising partners.
• Constructing upfront and joint business plans with top clients.
• Establishing relationships with new clients and educating them on Reddit ads.
• Leveraging data to inform client strategies and pitch proposals.
• Meeting project deadlines and ensuring customer service.
• Leading client meetings and setting expectations.
• Acting as the primary contact for platform updates.
• Providing strategic advice to grow client relationships.
• Exploring client needs and aligning goals with platform opportunities.
• Shaping the ads product roadmap through client feedback.
• Providing thought leadership and acting as a Reddit evangelist.
• Sharing expertise and mentoring team members.
• Collaborating with Client Partners and Account Managers.
• Building internal relationships to deliver on client and business goals.

Requirements include:

• 8-12 years of experience in digital media with at least 4-7 years of experience in sales
• Proven experience managing relationships up through C-level executives
• Deep industry expertise in specific verticals, product types, and/or measurement solutions
• Deep existing relationships within the agency and client direct space
• Subject matter expertise in the social media landscape and native advertising
• Experience building and executing long-term account growth strategies
• Ability to lead special projects
• Ability to manage and scale a book of business greater than 20 accounts

• Demonstrated high achievement against sales targets
• Motivated self-starter who thrives in unstructured environments
• BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
