• Lead Transformation of Ads Manager
• Inspire Excellence in the UX team
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally with Product, Engineering, and UX Research
• Collaborate Cross-Org to bridge Ads and Consumer organizations
• Champion the User, prioritizing ease of use and clarity
• Drive Impact by translating business needs into forward-thinking designs
