Email Marketing Specialist at Constructor TECH

Constructor TECH, an all-in-one platform for education and research, is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist. This role involves overseeing all aspects of email marketing campaigns, from market research and content creation to copy dissemination and collaboration with other departments to ensure maximum uptake of offerings. The Email Marketing Specialist will report to the CRM/Email Marketing Lead, under the Marketing Department, dealing with the Product Marketing Managers and the Design team. Constructor TECH has headquarters in Switzerland, with entities in Germany, Bulgaria, Serbia, Turkey, and Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting market research to comprehend consumer behaviors
• Creating well-written and error-free copy
• Executing A/B tests to optimize email components
• Collaborating with graphic designers to improve email appearance and layout
• Maintaining a clean customer database
• Distributing emails through automation software
• Monitoring and reporting campaign utility

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in email marketing
• Proven experience creating high-impact marketing campaigns
• Prior database management experience
• Familiarity with automation and performance evaluation software; Hubspot knowledge is a plus
• Excellent project management skills
• Outstanding copywriting and copyediting abilities
