Product Marketing Manager at Constructor TECH

Constructor TECH, a platform for education and research headquartered in Switzerland, is seeking a Product Marketing Manager. The Product Marketing Manager will implement marketing campaigns in Bulgaria in accordance with the Product development. The successful candidate will forecast sales needs and campaign budgets, working closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with the company's image. The candidate needs to recognize the diverse needs of consumers across geographic areas and customize marketing strategies accordingly. The role covers partner marketing support and requires a deep understanding of regional financial goals and key success indicators.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying specific marketing goals and objectives.
• Assisting the Head of Product Marketing to develop creative strategies.
• Recommending strategies to implement in regional marketing plans.
• Strengthening the company’s brand position in assigned regional areas.
• Understanding national marketing plans and tailoring them to suit particular regions.
• Developing a clear understanding of the financial goals in a region and the key success indicators
• Interacting with marketing leads to formulate and supervise the regional marketing budget.
• Evaluating productivity and marketing strategies’ return on investment (ROI).
• Localising websites and marketing materials.
• Work with sales to achieve regional sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have:

• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, finance, or a related field (Master’s advantageous).
• Professional level English.
• 7+ years' experience in marketing or in a management role.
• Knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
• Experience with marketing tools and software.
• Experience working in a high-tech environment.
• The ability to supervise a team and deal with staff issues.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and networking skills.
• Good time-management skills.
