Fortra is seeking a Project Manager to provide management and direction for projects related to the deployment, implementation, and maintenance of Fortra products for new and existing customers. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing assigned projects, acting as the primary customer contact, and guiding internal project teams.
- Manage assigned projects through successful completion
- Act as primary contact communicating with customers
- Guide, mentor, and evaluate internal project team performance
- Provide feedback to internal stakeholders
- Create timelines, agendas, and meeting recaps
- Report project status, schedules, issues, resolutions, and completions
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing software product implementation projects
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Confident and positive attitude
- Project management certification (PMP) preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective interpersonal and professional communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and responsibilities
