Deliveroo is seeking a Data Entry Supporto Ristoranti to join their team in Milan. Deliveroo's mission is to transform the way people shop and eat, bringing the neighborhood to their door by connecting consumers, restaurants, shops, and riders.

The Data Entry Supporto Ristoranti will play a crucial role in managing requests and inquiries from Italian and French partners, providing prompt support via phone and email. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage requests and inquiries efficiently from Italian and French partners by phone and email.
• Provide immediate support to partners regarding commission requests, technical issues, store openings, and general administrative matters.
• Collaborate closely with sales and commercial teams to ensure smooth coordination and support for partner needs.
• Act as an intermediary between partners and internal departments to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Excellent skills in using Apple MacOs X and Windows operating systems and Windows Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy.
• Positive, friendly, and energetic personality.
• Good knowledge of English and French (French minimum C1).
• Availability to work shifts 5 days a week.
