Deliveroo is seeking a Data Entry Support to transform the way people shop and eat by connecting consumers, restaurants, shops, and riders. Deliveroo is changing the way the world eats and shops, making access to food and products more convenient and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle requests and questions from Italian and French partners via phone and email.
  • Provide support to partners regarding commission requests, technical issues, store openings, and administrative matters.
  • Collaborate with sales and commercial teams for seamless coordination and support.
  • Act as an intermediary between partners and internal departments for effective communication and problem resolution.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • Excellent skills in using Apple MacOs X and Windows operating systems and Windows Office applications.
  • Ability to work quickly without losing precision.
  • Positive, friendly, and energetic personality.
  • Good knowledge of English and French (French minimum C1)
  • Availability to work in shifts 5 days a week.
