Deliveroo is seeking a Partner Support Team Leader for a 12-month maternity cover in Milan, Italy. The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for providing comprehensive support to restaurant partners, ensuring their satisfaction with Deliveroo. This role involves identifying performance trends, managing the support team, and overseeing projects to improve partner experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying trends in performance and conducting root cause analysis.
  • Managing a team of partner support agents.
  • Helping plan, execute, and oversee projects.
  • Coordinating resources and managing timelines.
  • Supporting the fulfillment of the team’s daily and weekly targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer care.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Good level of IT competence, particularly in Windows Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to use the Looker data platform is highly appreciated.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Proactive and eager to learn.
