Dark Store Supervisor - Rome at Deliveroo

Deliveroo is seeking a Dark Store Supervisor in Rome to oversee daily operations at its Hop sites. The supervisor will collaborate closely with the management team to maximize customer satisfaction and ensure the smooth running of the site.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise timely order picking.
• Manage store openings and closures.
• Communicate with riders for prompt deliveries.
• Manage the shipping area and support order packaging.
• Ensure accurate scanning of deliveries and record complaints.
• Empty deliveries accurately, focusing on product placement and date rotation.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and conduct counts.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Manager for site functionality.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and address hazards promptly.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar environment is preferred.
• Hourly flexibility.
• Willingness to work 40-hour shifts per week.
• Experience in achieving targets.

Deliveroo Offers:

• Initial 6-month fixed-term contract with possible extension and conversion to permanent.
