Deliveroo is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join their Deliveroo for Work team in France. This role is based in Paris and reports to the Head of Deliveroo for Work France. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing the corporate client portfolio, focusing on businesses of all sizes across various sectors throughout France.
Responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and developing business relationships with potential corporate partners across France, from startups to multinational corporations.
- Maintaining consistent prospecting activity levels.
- Identifying growth opportunities in new sectors and use cases.
- Presenting company services in a clear and professional manner.
- Managing commercial negotiations and onboarding new clients.
- Achieving monthly team goals.
- Ensuring partner satisfaction and performance post-onboarding.
- Providing weekly sales activity reports to the manager.
- Maintaining an updated lead list and CRM for effective follow-up.
- Proposing improvements to sales processes to shorten the sales cycle.
- Liaising between internal teams and client companies to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
Requirements:
- +5 years of experience in product or service sales, ideally B2B.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed commercial objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of modern sales and marketing techniques.
- Experience in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM for account management.
- Good level of English (written/spoken).
