Deliveroo is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to join their team in Paris. This role involves managing a team of Key Account Associates and a portfolio of international brands, reporting to the Head of Global Accounts France.

The Senior Key Account Manager will provide guidance to their team, leveraging their expertise in commercial negotiation. They will be responsible for coordinating individuals working on key brands and developing brand strategies to enhance volume, performance, and market share.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing relationships with strategic partners
  • Implementing marketing plans, monitoring performance, and optimizing menus
  • Maximizing brand coverage and identifying growth drivers
  • Implementing corrective actions and visiting partners
  • Constructing commercial proposals and renegotiating contracts
  • Providing weekly reports

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of client management experience
  • Expertise in negotiation and sales
  • Analytical skills based on data
  • Proactive with strong problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Team player with management experience
  • Fluency in French and English
