Deliveroo is seeking an Account Manager to manage strategic accounts in Marseille, France. The Account Manager will report to the Head of Business Unit or City Manager and will be responsible for the success of their portfolio. This role requires regular travel within the designated area to meet the market's needs.Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of key restaurants in mature sectors.
  • Build strong, lasting partnerships by providing Food Tech expertise.
  • Optimize portfolio profitability and offer tailored support.
  • Analyze portfolio performance and propose appropriate measures.
  • Suggest and implement marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor operations closely to optimize the Restaurant and Client experience.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven negotiation and commercial skills.
  • Ability to monitor market trends and provide feedback.
  • Capacity to convince and influence partners while upholding Deliveroo's values.
  • Proactive with the ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
  • Ability to implement personalized actions aligned with partner needs.
  • Capacity to analyze commercial and operational performance data.
  • Ability to build lasting commercial relationships.
