Deliveroo is seeking an Operations Associate to enhance rider engagement in Paris. This role involves maintaining relationships with rider partners and proposing improvements to their working conditions to increase satisfaction. The Operations Associate will also liaise with the Support team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and developing relationships with rider partners through regular communication and events.
- Developing a deeper understanding of rider activity in the field.
- Proposing improvements to rider conditions based on field feedback.
- Monitoring and improving rider satisfaction.
- Responding to rider inquiries via available tools.
- Monitoring competitor offerings and proposing counter-proposals.
- Providing logistical support for rider activity promotion.
Requirements:
- Motivated to work in a competitive environment.
- Diplomatic, creative, and rigorous.
- Appetite for fieldwork.
- Focus on ensuring smooth processes and continuous improvement.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage partners and resolve issues collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Paris.
