Deliveroo is seeking an Account Manager Team Lead to manage relationships with top QSR partners in Milan. The role involves understanding partner needs, developing solutions, driving revenue growth, and leading a team of Enterprise Account Managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise-level restaurant partners.
  • Understand partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support.
  • Manipulate and analyse data to drive growth and profitability, both for your partners and for Deliveroo.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customised solutions to meet partners' needs, including Marketing, Operations, Corporate, Customer Service.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Act as the main point of contact for partners, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management and/or business development.
  • Proven experience in people management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex business challenges and develop tailored solutions.
  • Must be fluent in English.
