Deliveroo is seeking a Regional Manager to join their Team Italy, based in Florence. This role is crucial for driving the company's P&L goals within a specific region by balancing marketplace dynamics and executing strategic plans. The Regional Manager will lead a team and manage the mid-market restaurant portfolio, ensuring high standards in initiative implementation and business conduct. They will also develop strategies to increase order volume and market share while managing the department's profitability.Responsibilities include:
- Leading the strategy for markets within your region.
- Coordinating and supporting the team to develop operational plans.
- Setting and achieving regional targets.
- Establishing relationships with top restaurant partners.
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve efficiencies and revenue growth.
Requirements include:
- Proven experience in commercially focused roles, ideally in HORECA.
- P&L management experience.
- Mix of strategy and execution experience.
- Excellent people leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and innovative thinking abilities.
- Comfort in negotiating with business owners or C-suite operators.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills; must be willing to travel frequently (2-3 days/week).
