Deliveroo is seeking an Account Manager to oversee relationships with grocery strategic partners. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key grocery partners, building and maintaining strong relationships, and providing strategic guidance and support. They will collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customized solutions, drive revenue growth, and act as the main point of contact for partners.
  • Managing a portfolio of Deliveroo's most important grocery partners.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with grocery partners.
  • Understanding partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support.
  • Working with other departments to guide new plans and problem solutions.
  • Manipulating and analysing data to increase growth and profitability.
  • Driving revenue growth through upselling and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement customized solutions.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for partners.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years experience in commercial roles, experience in retail/FMCG, or other /high-growth companies.
  • Knowledge of the food retail industry.
  • Experience creating long-term relationships.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Demonstrate competency using tools and related program management applications to apply best practice.
