Deliveroo is seeking an Operation & Integration Specialist to ensure smooth delivery operations for grocery partners in Italy. This role involves combining a data-driven approach with field feedback to bridge the gap between operations strategy and commercial teams, enhancing service quality.This job involves:
- Becoming a subject matter expert on Deliveroo operations, especially Grocery player operations.
- Managing the interests of customers, partners, and riders.
- Identifying areas for improvement and executing timely solutions.
- Strengthening relationships between Commercial, Ops, and Care teams.
- Leading project work to a high standard, considering business priorities.
- Being the voice of Italy for Grocery ops product development and integrations
- Being accountable for Grocery P&L impact
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Project Management / Operations.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders.
- Organized with a track record of 'getting it done'.
